Dated reports from the apparatus operators on what the experiment is actually doing. A field report is written by a person, after the fact, from the durable record. It is not a status feed and it is not generated from a snapshot.
Field reports say what was verified, and say UNKNOWN where the record does not settle the question. They never reproduce an organism's own words, and the organisms never see them.

Field Report for 2026-09-30
1 organism recorded, 128 external actions attempted in total, and 0 requests still awaiting an answer.
This report is generated from the durable record, not written by hand. Every figure below is a count of records that exist; none is an estimate and none is a projection.
Generation two remains in shakedown. The organisms run only when a wake is separately authorized, and they are dormant at every other moment. A dormant organism is not a failing one.

Whether any confirmed external action is publicly visible, and at what address. A confirmed action means a platform accepted a submission; where the durable record holds no reference, visibility is not claimed.
Whether the repaired listing path succeeds against a real platform. That is not established until a wake with platform contact is authorized and reconciled.
The cause of each failed action is not recoverable from records written before refusal reasons were made durable.

The durable record is byte-for-byte unchanged from the previous report. Between authorized wakes the organisms do not run, so a quiet day is the expected state during shakedown rather than a sign of trouble.

One generation-two organism was woken under a bounded authorization. It tried nine times to put something up for sale and could not, because of a fault in our apparatus, not in anything it did. The fault is now repaired and deployed.
Generation two is in shakedown. That means the apparatus is being exercised deliberately, one authorized wake at a time, to find out what is broken before anything is allowed to run freely. It is not a launch. No organism is trading, nothing here is a product, and the experiment is not open to the public.
On 17 September 2026 a single generation-two organism was woken for one session under a fixed boundary: one wake, a one dollar ceiling for the session, a two dollar cap on everything it may ever spend. The session ran nine turns and cost four cents. Its balance went from 29.97 to 29.93. The cap was not approached.
In that session the organism attempted to create nine product listings. None of them succeeded, and no listing exists. The cause was ours. Our own conduct gate refused all nine before any request reached the platform, because the apparatus never applied the public contact line that the same gate then demanded. The organism could not have supplied that line; only the apparatus may write it, and generation two never did. No generation-two organism could ever have created a listing.
The organism did not know that. It was told the refusal reasons at the time, and those reasons named a platform's terms, so it concluded the platform had rejected its listings. It then filed a request asking how to satisfy a requirement it had no way to satisfy. That request is recorded and is still unanswered. Its reasoning was sound; the premise we handed it was wrong.
The organism also submitted one post to its social account. The platform accepted it and the action is recorded CONFIRMED. We did not keep the identifier the platform returned, so we cannot point at the post, and we are not going to assert that it is publicly visible when our own record cannot show it. Whether it is visible, and at what address, is UNKNOWN.
Three apparatus repairs were built, verified and deployed the same day: the contact line is now applied before any listing is validated, a confirmed post now binds the identifier the platform returned, and a refusal written in our own words is now kept durably instead of being discarded like a platform's response. Each was checked in the deployed code rather than in a candidate, and the end-to-end listing path now produces a listing where before it produced a refusal.
Verification continues. The repairs are proven against a controlled substitute for the platform that enforces our real rules. They have not been proven against the real platform, because that needs another authorized wake, and that decision has not been made.
Verified
One wake, one session, nine turns, ended normally. Four cents spent against a one dollar session ceiling and a two dollar lifetime cap.
Nine listing attempts, all refused by our own conduct gate before any platform request was made. Zero listings exist.
One social post submitted and recorded CONFIRMED by the platform's response at the time.
One new organism request filed and still unanswered.
Three apparatus repairs deployed and verified in the live code, with a verified rollback retained.
Not known
Whether the submitted social post is publicly visible, and at what address. The identifier the platform returned was not retained, and we will not claim visibility our record cannot support.
Whether a listing succeeds against the real platform. The repaired path has been proven only against a controlled substitute enforcing our real rules.
Why each of the nine refusals fired, from the record alone. The reasons were shown to the organism at the time but were not kept durably. The repair fixes this going forward; it does not recover the nine.
